The simplest way to order is by using our secure online ordering service and paying with your credit or debit card. Simply select your product, click ‘Add to Basket’ and follow the instructions.

• Standard UK delivery 2-5 days

• Standard EU delivery 3-7 days

• Non European Union Countries delivery normally up to 12 days

Returns and Refund

 

At Sigi Style, we’re committed to customer satisfaction.  We trust you’ll love the products you buy from us, but if you’re unhappy with your order, for any reason, simply return it to Sigi Style within 14 days of your purchase, unused and in the original packaging, for a full refund.  No questions asked.

Please include the invoice/packing slip that was sent with your cashmere product. We would greatly appreciate a note with your comments as to why you’re returning the product. It will help us to be the best we can be!

Please allow approximately two to three weeks for the processing of your return. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional two to ten business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
